Welding section

    Welding section, with total area of 1300 m², is designed for 10 welding posts and has possibility to change sizes of a post depending on the dimensions of a welded steel-work. The posts are equipped with the local ventilation system and additional individual illumination. Each welding post has an infrared heater UFO TYY 5400 able to heat a room with total area of 54 m². Welding is performed by modern welding apparatus Fronіus TransSteel 5000 (Austria) and VarіoSynergіc 5000-2. Welding section is equipped with two bridge cranes of 10-ton lifting capacity. Welding materials are stored in a warehouse with controlled humidity and temperature.

  Welders are certified according to ІSO 9606-1 and EN 287-1 at Paton Welding Institute Training and Qualification Centre.
