USAGE

 

  1. It is used for pressing in labyrinth ring and inner race on wheelset axle journal of РУ1-950 and РУ1Ш-950 types.
  2. Pressing-in ensures interference fit.
  3. Machine is equipped with two hydraulic presses and an electromechanical screw hoist that ensure step-by-step assembly.
  4. Machine is used at railway car sheds and car repair plants.

    USAGE

     

    1. Machine is designed for dismantling labyrinth ring and inner race in cold state for further repair.
    2. Types of axes that undergo machining – РУ1 and РУ1Ш according to ГОСТ 22780-77.
    3. Machine is equipped with two pressing out bogies, which ensure step-by-step dismantling.
    4. Machine is used at railway car sheds and car repair plants.

    USAGE

    Overflow-type dust collector ПВМ 20СА is designed for air purification. Exhaust ventilation systems clean the air from dust of medium and small dispersion (III and IV groups of dispersion). The dust collector is used for collecting all types of dust except cases when it can be crystallized in water and except explosive dust. Recirculation of purified air by the dust collector from explosive zoogenic or phytogenic dust is admissible.
